Goods not delivered - how to get money back

Paid alot of money for Ipads and never got them.

I have tried using the resolution centre but I get this message when I click the transaction I want to dispute:

If you're not having much luck with the website, give Customer Sevice a call on 0800 358 7911 and ask to speak with the Claims team. They can open a claim on their end to help you get your money back (as long as the transaction occured over a week ago.) Best thing about doing it this way is that you know a human is reviewing your case as opposed to the automated system.
