Cant use PayPal any more

I use PayPal account regularly with no problems. But over the past few days my payments are being rejected.

 

I get this message ... Your Paypal payment could not be completed. You can always visit your account settings and add a valid credit card number, or update your Paypal information to complete your purchase. Please contact Paypal directly if you believe there's something wrong with your account.

 

I have checked my account and everything is in order. Bank details and secondary card details.

 

What is the problem?

after going threw the first part of paying via paypal it says    cannot complete trransaction ? has annyone had this problem today?

after trying to make a paymentt with paypal i keep getting  error code 10001 does anyone know what this means. thanks julie

I'm having the same problem, with same error code, this is the first time i've had this problem, will try again tomorrow, but need to contact the seller to let them know i'm trying to pay.

Hi Ritch47golf,

 

It sounds like it could be your card issuer denying the authorisation for the payment. I would suggest that you contact the online authorisation department at your issuing bank to clarify any online denials.

Hi

I was asked to verify my account as I have reached my limit I did so managed to pay for 3 items and could not pay for 4th .  came up reached balance again what should I do.  Thanx
