Void USPS Shipping Label - Option Not Present on Transaction Page

I'd like to void a USPS shipping label I created earlier today, but there is no option to void the label on the Summary page or the Activity page as described in the Help Center.  Any idea why that would be the case?

Since my question stated in both the title and the body that the Help Center solution was not working for me, I don't see what solution I'm supposed to find from being redirected to the same article.
