updating credit card info

After over 2 weeks I am still unable to update the expiration date on my credit card hooked to my paypal acct.  It isn't my paypal credit card but another companies.  I have emailed and called Paypal and still no fix to this problem.  It is their site and they say several customers are having this problem.  I can no longer shop with this credit card using Paypal.  anyone else find an answer to this problem?  Paypal can't seem to fix it at this point.  Short of closing my Paypal acct and starting over I see no way to fix the problem.  Of course my paypal credit card would work but I want to use the other one.  When I go to profile and click the edit or add credit card info site it just takes me to a SORRY page and will not let me update.  I am a little tired after all this time to still be seeing the SORRY page.  TC

I am having the same problem with the PayPal website when trying to add another credit card to my PayPal account.  I recently declined the grossly unfair change in terms GE wants for my PayPal Extras Master Card in writing and I think that has something to do with it.

I have stopped using the bankcard from Chase listed on my paypal account.  I want to change it, and am having problems doing it.  How do I update my bank card number.... they have the correct bank and bank account, but the wrong card number...

I too am having the same problem. When trying to update my credit cards, i get to the "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" page no matter what browser or computer I am on.

Me too.  And like many others, I was told to try "tomorrow", but it still doesn't not work.

Also, if you Google around, you'll find that this problem has come and gone and come and gone for at least a year.

I did find that if I BOUGHT something via eBay, and paid in PayPal, when I get to the page where it wants me to

choose the payment method, there is a link where you can add a new credit card.  Using that link, I

was able to at least put in my new updated card info, so my account is usable again.  But I cannot delete the old one.

That is still sitting in there.

I tried to buy something on eBay in order to add a new card but it still didn't work. 
 I can't add a new card for some reason. 
Help please?

I had no problem adding 2nd card, BUT now want to delete 1st card as it is not usable.  Tonight it said I can not delete it when it is still in process.  I hope not- the bank will turn it down.
