please help! how to use credit/debit cards

I don't fully understand how to use a debit card on paypal. for example if I make a purchase on ebay and there's no money in my paypal account but I have a debit card attached will the funds automatically be withdrawn from the primary card?

Just make sure you don't have a linked bank account. The Paypal software will take money out of your Paypal account first. If there isn't sufficient funds, then they take out of the bank account, then they take out of credit card.

If you don't have enough money in your checking account, your bank will charge you lots of $$$ in overdraft fees.

Pay pal credit card, I am not sure I have one. How do they bill you? I think I have used one for several purchases but I have not been billed yet. I can't figure out what is going on.

I want to use my credit/debit card to pay for this purchase. That was not an option listed on the pay page for PayPal.

Why not if it is allowed?
