I don't fully understand how to use a debit card on paypal. for example if I make a purchase on ebay and there's no money in my paypal account but I have a debit card attached will the funds automatically be withdrawn from the primary card?
Ok. It says its a problem that's been solved and when I click on "Go to Solution" it doesn't take me to the Solution. I'm in this spin for days now trying to get to change my primary means of payment from eCheck to my Credit Card which I had to updated the expiration date. No matter what I try to do to make this change, Pay Pal will not change. I currently have an eCheck payment pending and have to make another payment so I'll have to wait until these two payments are finalized before making changes, I understand but the "HELP" desk is not helping with clear instructions.
I purchased the greendot card put my money on it transfered the money to the paypal account , but when I try to purchase , it's asking me for another credit card number to follow up w/ the purchase .. Help me I've been tied up here , plus they charged me 4 times @ 1.95 for the link & confirm the credit card deal , where it tells you you'll get the money back in 3 to 4 buisness days in which it hasn't been refunded yet ..HMMMMM
Hello. Could be a pre-authorization was put on this transaction. When you load money on the greendot it charges $4.95 plus you have to pay for the card itself (price varies per store). I don't have access to bank acct till friday to check for code or whatever and want to pay for my merchandise. Is there another way? When I entered my bank acct # the response was it had already been assigned- yes- it had it's mine. I hate computers
when I am trying to buy something How come they put an account number for a card that I don't want to use? if they would just let me put my pay pal card number there it would eleminate e-check and a fee plus they would get there money instantly .
