Ok. It says its a problem that's been solved and when I click on "Go to Solution" it doesn't take me to the Solution. I'm in this spin for days now trying to get to change my primary means of payment from eCheck to my Credit Card which I had to updated the expiration date. No matter what I try to do to make this change, Pay Pal will not change. I currently have an eCheck payment pending and have to make another payment so I'll have to wait until these two payments are finalized before making changes, I understand but the "HELP" desk is not helping with clear instructions.
