Bank Account declined after years of use

I've had a PayPal account with my bank account linked and verified for years. A couple of days ago, I got an email regarding my latest transaction saying that my bank declined it and my account was disabled from PayPal because this is an invalid bank account number. But nothing's changed with my bank account and I can access it in my bank's page with no problem. Now, I can't even link my bank's debit card, or my account from another bank because PayPal doesn't recognize the routing number. I can't pay my smart connect account because I have no bank account linked and I can't find my full account number since I have paperless billing. I've never had a problem with PayPal, but this makes me think my faith in it was maybe misplaced.
