I've started this account a few years ago when I had a bank account.
The bank acct closed and I was put in Chex System thus preventing me from getting a new account.
Long after the account has been closed I am still able to purchase with paypal with no problems while getting a little extra money from my online store keeping my paypal balance up. However, I recently tried to buy something with a dollar more that what I had in my paypal and it tried to get the funds from my non-existent bank account and the transaction was canceled due to insufficient funds.
The next day I get a moneypak and put funds on my paypal again but now when I try to buy something it says I'm not verified and that I have to add a bank account again. Since I do not have one will any of the prepaid visa cards work? Or how else can I get verified? It's frustrating I have a balance again on paypal but I can't spend any of it. Not even a dollar on itunes. Any help would be great thanks!
