how long is a case reviewed by paypal please?

I have a case that has been being 'reviewed by paypal' since 3 June.
How much longer is this likely to take, does anyone know?
It was an order through GSP where the boxes were switched and I am really getting fed up at the length of time it is taking to be resolved. I haven't even been asked to supply any information, it just sits there day after day being 'reviewed', any idea how I can get this sorted?

You have escalated to a claim have you??
If so then sorry but i guess how long they take depends on a lot of factors unknown to us mere mortals
Why don't you give them a call??
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Im having the same problem at the moment, and mines only just started,
is there a case for you to view in resoultion centre?

Hi, yes case is still there with my notes, seller did not respond so I had to wait 10 days for that to time out also. Seller stated it was not their problem as the parcel did reach the GSP hub in the States. Fair enough but it wouldnt have hurt them to respond to the case, still, what can you do?!!!
It was escalated on 3rd June and status is 'being reviewed by paypal' but since then, nothing.
Very frustrating!!
