Hi, yes case is still there with my notes, seller did not respond so I had to wait 10 days for that to time out also. Seller stated it was not their problem as the parcel did reach the GSP hub in the States. Fair enough but it wouldnt have hurt them to respond to the case, still, what can you do?!!! It was escalated on 3rd June and status is 'being reviewed by paypal' but since then, nothing. Very frustrating!!
