Why can't I withdraw funds?

My account says I'm limited to £650 per year which is reset on 12th December 2011

It says I have £18.84 remaining, but I've only bought something using paypal for $20 since 12th Deccember

Why haven't I been reset to £650 on 12th December 2010?

Any advice would be appreciated!!! Thank you

Well if the reset date isn't till December then that's why.

If you still have a withdrawal limit and are receiving payments you'd be better off verifying your account, this will lift your withdrawal limit completely.

To become Verified, log in to your account and click the 'Unverified' link on the Account Overview page. This will bring up a 'Get Verified' page.
