My account says I'm limited to £650 per year which is reset on 12th December 2011 It says I have £18.84 remaining, but I've only bought something using paypal for $20 since 12th Deccember Why haven't I been reset to £650 on 12th December 2010? Any advice would be appreciated!!! Thank you
