Hi there Knicholls10,

It sounds like a problem with the card you had registered to pay your eBay fees (cancelled/expired/declined)

Here's how to check/update your funding source for your eBay seller fees:

  1. Go to www.paypal.co.uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
  3. Click 'My money.'
  4. Click 'Update' beside 'My pre-approved payments.'
  5. Click 'eBay Inc.' under 'Merchants' on the 'My pre-approved payments' page.
  6. Click 'Change' in the 'Funding Source' section.

If you are still having trouble & need to pay your fees you can manually pay them as per the below:

1. Log in to your eBay account at www.ebay.co.uk
2. Click 'My eBay' at the top of the page.
3. Go to your Account tab.
4. Click the 'Seller Account' link under ‘My Account’.
5. Under ‘Payment methods for Seller Fees’ click 'Make a one-time payment'.
6. The amount owed is displayed in the PayPal payment box.
7. Click the 'Pay' button.

Let us know how you get on or if this has been resolved.
