Have been trying to make a payment thru Paypal since yesterday and it just keeps throwing up an error message (error code 70010 10001) There are funds in my acct but payment wont go thru. Seems like other people have been having the same problem on reading earlier posts but no solution that i can see. Any ideas?
May I suggest that you ask your seller to send you a payment request to your PayPal account and try paying it that way. This has been known to help get your payment through. Also if you are sending the payment in a different currency, try paying in your own currency to see if that helps.
