Order/Status Query

On my Paypal account I received a payment for a sale but now under Order/Status/Action it is showing 'Sent' - Issue Refund' .  The money has been credited to my account.  This has never happened before any help please.

The issue refund is always there for a short time so if you need to issue a refund you know where it is.

It is NOT an instruction to do so.

I have 3 on my last sales.
