i got balance, but can not send it to my frined.

Hi, i have received money 3 days ago and it is showing on my available balance , but i can not send it. it says you account is limited. i checked with resolution centre- there everything is ok. so why i can not send money from myavailable paypal balance? does anybody got the same problem?

Is your account verified meaning you have linked and confirmed a bank account and/or credit card?
