I purchased an internet router from a guy on ebay. Paid for it with my 3V voucher via Paypal. Wasn't satisfied so I sent it back and got a refund.
Need to buy a different router (£27.99) so I bought it but it won't pay. So I looked. The £9.99 was refunded to my PayPal account and there is still £20.01 on my 3V voucher.
If you are both using 3V cards then I would suggest that you contact the card operator directly. It may be that the card is denying the transaction on PayPal. You may need to just contact them and advise that the payment is ok to go through. Once this is done you should be able to pay for your item on PayPal successfully.
