I recived a payment from a buyer on eBay on the 27th April, and I have dispatched the item, I still do not have the money ( It says pending ), and on eBay it says I am waiting for the payment to. How can I get my money?
Can you see that payment showing as pending on your PayPal account? . If so, if you click on the details of the transaction it should show you the estimated clearing date of your payment.
If you are unable to view your payment on your PayPal account you may need to check with your buyer and confirm what email address they sent payment to.
