How to claim unclaimed transactions?

I've sold 4 things this week and 2 have been paid to paypal all fine but the other 2 show an egg timer on my ebay account stating that the payment is being processed through paypal but when I access paypal I cannot find any record of these transactions.  I have not changed any details and my email address matches and has been verified so i do not see what is wrong?

Help!!!  The 2 people I've sold to are getting a little annoyed at the delay...

Hi there Felicity_M,

It sounds like an incorrect email address has been used in some of your listings.

Here's how to find the email address that was used in your eBay listing:

1. Find the item you sold and click 'Sell a similar item' under 'More Actions'.
2. Go to the section 'Decide how you'd like to be paid', which displays the email address where the payment was sent.

To allow the payments to come through you need to add and confirm the email address used or ask your buyers to cancel the payments and re-send them to your correct address.
