I sold something on ebay. The buyer has to choose which design they want. Ebay status says the item has been paid for. Paypal shows the amount coming in BUT has the status as cancelled and no payment going out. I've sent many messages to buyer via ebay with no reply. I've emailed them. I've even had the contact details off ebay for the buyer and left a message on their phone about this. They have not replyed. Can anyone tell me if Paypal status says cancelled does that mean the money is not actually in my account? Should I mark the item on ebay as a none payment? HELP!!!!!!
Yes Cancelled would mean the funds have not come through to you. Check your PayPal balance as per the below and if you have not received this payment then do not send the item.
