Hello,
I'm sure that there are a lot of people that put this problem on here, but I was scammed out of $90 for two concert tickets. The transaction seemed pretty legitimate at first, I usually have a good eye for these things, but it ended up not being real after I sent the money.
I contacted PayPal, and their robot service filed a claim under "unauthorized transactions" even though I clearly said it was a scam. I could not figure out how to edit my claim from this, so I contacted PayPal, which referred me to another robotic service and did not solve my issue. Then my claim was denied because "the claim was not unauthorized" (obviously).
I have no clue how to contact PayPal because seemingly every customer service worker at PayPal is a robot, so I'm hoping that the community can help me. How can I file a claim for a scam, and more importantly, is it possible to even get my $90 back?
Thanks for your help,
Fisher Morton
