How long do I need to be an eBay seller for before my funds are not held anymore???

I am new to ebay and everything I have sold lately the payments received have been on hold, what criteria has to be met for me to get funds as soon as the buyer pays???

It sounds like you are referring to new seller holds on eBay.

Your money will be available sooner if:

• Your buyer leaves you positive feedback
• You provide tracking information which shows the item has been delivered more than 3 days ago.
