Cant add bank account. Wrong sort code?

Hi.

I want to add my bank acc, but i cant, because when i type my sort code then its says: We are unable to retrieve a Bank/Building Society Name and Name of branch based on the Sort Code entered. Please check the Sort Code and try again.

Name itc its ok, so whats the problem?

I had paypal account before and i was using the same sort code and every thing was ok, but i deleted this acc and i did new one and now i have this rpoblem.

Hi there danieltrcd,

I've sen this in the past and Customer Services had to intervene and manually add the bank account on behalf of the customer. If it's not sorted for you then please let me know and I'll try sort it.

Everything is ok now. I just had my sort code wrong written on my paper. Thx for reply.

I just had this problem, it was simply due to me taking to long to enter my details (couldn't find my bank folder!) which caused my login session to expired, just hit refresh and try again.
