CREDIT CARD BLOCKED!! PLEASE HELP.

Hi Sir, I'm having a problem with adding my card again in paypal. Earlier, I have added a credit card here but I;ve noticed I placed the wrong expiration date in the form and CANNOT edit it again  so I removed it. So, when I tried to add the card again with the correct informations, it says that

 

"This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form."


😞 Please Reply and help me regarding this. I'm totally new to this. PLease fix this as I don't have any other credit cards to use except this one Smiley Indifferent THANKS IN ADVANCE. Your help and reply mean the world to me .Thanks.!!

I ALSO TRIED SENDING AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PAYPAL BUT WHEN I'M SENDING THE MESSAGE IT SAYS THAT  "Please enter valid last 4 digits" , though i TYPED it CORRECTLY 😞 THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING > PLEASE HELP..

I have the same problem, like everybody here, last year i had account here in paypal, but later i decied to delete it, so now i just start a new registration, but when i try to write my credid card details, the websait show me first this '' There was an issue with your credit card. Please re-enter your card information.'' , when i try it again, show me this ''his card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using '', i really don't understand what actually is the problem , so i try to contact with the website, (by clickin on 'contact us') i'd try with email, so i write my problem and stuf, but when i try to send it, the website told me that my 4 digits code, is wrong, and this is not true, my card it's ok, i buy stuff in another websitets, and there have not any problem, so pls tell me, what the hell i should do? anyway my english **bleep**, but i need help!Smiley Sad

Hi Annewes! I have the same problem with you.  How did you fix it? or did they fix it for you?  I just emailed the customer service like how you did.  Did they send you reply?  Please let me know.

hello. i have the same problem with all of you! i wrote wrong code to confirm my credit card. i try to sent e-mail. the answer was automatic. i also try to send e-mail from contact us. but i have another problem. i wrote my last 4 numbers as i have to but they say tha my number isn t valid. what else i have to do? please help me!

You will need to get in contact with customer support in order to get this issue resolved and we will need to reactivate your card for you.

If you reply to the automated email that you received you will reach a customer service agent and they will be able to resolve this for you.

Thanks Rachael, but what do I have to type in the reply? actually the message says "don't reply to this" ... Confused?!
