I have the same problem, like everybody here, last year i had account here in paypal, but later i decied to delete it, so now i just start a new registration, but when i try to write my credid card details, the websait show me first this '' There was an issue with your credit card. Please re-enter your card information.'' , when i try it again, show me this ''his card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using '', i really don't understand what actually is the problem , so i try to contact with the website, (by clickin on 'contact us') i'd try with email, so i write my problem and stuf, but when i try to send it, the website told me that my 4 digits code, is wrong, and this is not true, my card it's ok, i buy stuff in another websitets, and there have not any problem, so pls tell me, what the hell i should do? anyway my english **bleep**, but i need help!
