Hi everyone!

 

We will be facilitating the UK Community Chat with our moderation team starting on Wednesday the 31st of May between 4pm and 6pm GMT.

Hello! I placed an order for a product about 20 hours ago, and after some research, I suspect it may be apart of triangulation fraud. The website is Lozimart.com, the product Google Home, and the price is $99.99 (regularly $129.99). I paid using PayPal account. I have not yet received any shipping confirmation or tracking number. Should I worry about receiving stolen goods? Should I worry about being a victim of stolen information? How should I proceed here? Thanks!

Hi

I recently went on a trip with my work company and came back to find out many unauthorised payments had been made on my credit card through PayPal and has since been removed but i do need that money back, any help would be nice.

Hi, I need my account lifting as I'm a new customer and have hit my limit so require identification, I can't touch this money at all and have waited a bit now, is there anything you can do to speed up this process as it takes 2 mins to check it as I need the funds in the account??

If you have issues with receipt of goods or suspicious of the quality of received goods. You will have options to report this in the Resolution Centre or you will find more information on our Websites security section. It could be something simple like clearing your cache and cookies on your web browser. But there also could be numerous other reasons. Hello JT18,

I am sorry to hear this has happened. If the payments appear on your PayPal account, please report them in the Resolution Centre as outlined here https://goo.gl/em7biW. If they do not appear on your account, this would mean your card details were used to make payments through our merchant payment service. In this case you can either contact PayPal directly by phone 0800 358 7911 and we will report the unauthorised payments or you can contact your Card Issuer directly. Either way you will need to contact them to cancel the card if you have not already done so.
