transfer from bank account to paypal

hi

I somehow made a mistake and use the wrong option

I wanted to move money FROM paypal TO the bank account but it tried to take money from the bank account to paypal!

The bank did not pay it as there were insufficient funds on the bank account. They charged me a fee but have kindly cancelled it.

I am concerned that Paypal may continue to try to transfer this money. How do I cancel the transfer request?

not for sure on this one but i believe that if they do the transfer 1x and it  is unsuccessful they are not at liberty to keep trying.  it's not like a check that is trying to clear your account over and over....you would need to initiate another transfer request.

i have tranfers pending from my bank account to paypal and i did not request this and i do not have enough in the bank to do this so why do it can anyone help please

I'm not new to PayPal. I've used it before but I used a linked debit card. I removed my card from the site because I was uncomfortable leaving it on my account. I ended up transferring money from my bank account to PayPal. It took 5days for it to be posted on my account. Now that it has cleared, the person I was buying something from said they have received my payment but now my question is......do I still have the money on my account or does it take a couple of days to make sure they have it? I'm a little confused! Please help?!

Typically, a transfer from a bank account to a PayPal account takes 5 to 7 working days to complete processing. There is currently no way for us to speed this process up.

If some of you have noticed that payments have been initiated on your account without your authorisation, you should try contacting us directly in order for us to investigate this on your behalf.

Please let us know if you need anything else in future.
