Hi everyone,
I'd like to apologise about the delay in giving an update on this. We have been investigating your queries and responses.
Nowadays, we aim to withdraw money to your bank within 2 hours of you initiating it from your PayPal account. This is much faster than before.
However, our system delays a small amount of withdrawals for security reasons. These will usually take 21 hours to complete, a very small amount can take 72 hours. These will show as being “under review” in your PayPal account.
You can find the small print in our UA in section 6.2.b.3.
P.S. While I hope this sheds some light on the situation, I understand your frustration and confusion. I’ll make sure to forward your feedback, too.

Hi I have just rang paypal and the guy has told me its not down to our banks its a glitch at paypals end, when you get a message saying your bank account / card details have been deleted ignore it as this is a technical problem with paypal at present. Paypal are refunding customers with the charge fees they have been charged and they say to refresh your paypal to see charges have been refunded into our paypal accounts. He did say NOT to try and do the transfer from paypal to your bank until 24 hours as you will keep getting charged. So wait 24 hours and try transfer again. Hope this helps

Same issue here. I tried twice to withdraw funds and got an email both times saying it was declined. Charged 50p for each transaction failed. I have contacted their customer services, who no doubt are swamped in similar requests at the moment.
Sort it out please Paypal.

what the hell is going on i am trying to withdraw MY MONEY and paypal are seying it is rejected due to my bank its the same details i have used all the time i need ANSWERS PRONTO i need that cash quick thats the whole point of selling on EBAY!

Hi I have managed to get through to Paypal & Noel from the business team has advised that the engineers are working on this issue now & it will defiantely be resolved TODAY!
