Query on time re withdrawing to bank account.

Howdy!

Just need a few things cleared up.

1) When I make a withdrawl from Paypal to my bank account, it mentions 0 - 3 working days, but in a Paypal email it says upto 72 hours. As you're aware, there is a vast difference between working days and simple hours. Can anyone confirm how long it takes?

2) Some withdrawls go in instantly, and some don't. How do I get the instant withdrawls back as it's easier for me! 🙂

In the UK 72 hours is the longest you 'should' wait, if you have had that email then normally funds are released 'dead on' that 72 hour timescale.

There is nothing you can do to make them instant. Paypal state its a 'random' security hold but it appears in my opinion to be this  >>

When a buyer pays you it is never instant > paypal credit you the funds and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer from the buyers funding source.

That is why we have confused buyers on here stating their item is on the way but the funds have not left their bank account yet.

So if you withdraw those funds straight away it appears that sometimes paypal put on a 'hold' to slow them down until the buyers payment has played catch-up.

I have found if I only withdraw funds every 2-3 weeks I never get the hold and the funds hit my bank account instantly.
