Hi. I recently requested £30 from my daughter. I then wanted it into my bank account. I only received £28.78 and I had to wait 3 days for the money. I don't understand because my daughter had money off her friend instantly AND didn't pay a charge. Please can someone help with this query. Many thanks
Its down to how the payment was SENT to your account.
A. If your daughter chose the send money > goods / services option then paypal would see you as a seller and apply the new seller hold. They would also charge you a fee. B. If your daughter had chosen the send money > family / friends option then you would have had the payment instantly.
