Is anyone else having a problem withdrawing funds i click to transfer and it takes me streight to the add bank/building society page.
Already have my bank linked i enter the details anyway says that the account is linked it takes me back to the withdraw page click withdraw funds and it goes streight back to the **bleep** bank/building society page.
i have all ready tryed doing the upload friday. but no one got back to me or changed anything . it is a simple change and i cant seem why it is so hard to do .. plus i would like to know could they just use the details they have on my account as they can take money from my account when i buy something but strangely asks for me to add a account when you all ready have this info in order to take money from my bank account .
I have a problem in withdrawing money to my bank acct .. when i press the "continue" in " withdraw funds to your bank account" , it loads for only seconds then nothing will happen after .. what should i do ?
Dude, this is not always the case... I have an issue with Paypal concerning the type of account they want me to associate with my account.
As a former bankrupt (2003) I have repaid all my debt and still cannot get a Current account until next year. But Paypal won't allow me to lift limits on my account until I have a current accoutn even thosugh in their T&C's they don't stipulate that!!! A thing that I have reported them to the Financial Obudsman for.. (as they seem unwilling to remove the limitation even though they have another method of verification!!!

i feel for you man. and if ebay would let you used some other company . i would but were all forced to deal with these scammers and keep fighting them for are money
I have been trying to get my name changed as it says its wrong and dont match the name on my bank card . the simple problem is i have spaces in my hyphenated double-barrelled surname for ex. Smith C smith - smith .
i have tryed the minorr name change 3 times and the sytem says its been changed but it does not do anything. and i emailed them back saying it didnt change anything but no reply after 24+ hours . i even emailed a copy of my driving lisence bank card and passport to help sort the problem but i had no reply about that . i need real admin help on this as im going to be using paypal a lot for my business very soon and need this sorted ASAP as with out it sorted i cant start ! . i have never withdrawed funds be for only buy . so i cant see why its asking me to add a bank account seeing you have thos details and take money from my bank but seems to be a problem when i want to put money in to it .
PS. dont say call customer service !!!

i have skype if they have a number for the UK . as i know the US uses skype
or a tech team email i can use . were they will reply and help !
I am experiencing the same nonsense as well, and I just want my money.
I sent an email yesterday, and I received a bog standard generic response. I have now sent a 2nd email, so I am hoping someone will actually help and resolve the problem.
This is the first time I have experienced this, and it's really annoying.
