was given a refund today but my bank card was cancelled due to me losing it,the refund has gone through but then it say's minus refund to bank card on paypal and i have checked my bank account and its not in there so was wondering where has my refund gone
Depending on the company that issued your credit card, it might take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
In the case that the credit card is cancelled the funds should be sent to your new card or bank balance depending on your bank. If they do not accept the refund it will be sent back to your PayPal account.
I would suggest that you contact the issuing bank for more information on their policy in this situation.
