I opened a pay pal account some time ago, unfortunately since then I have not used it,any details that I used at that time ie passwords have been forgoten.
I have successfully re-registered and I am now selling on e-bay, but my money cannot be paid into my bank account, as my bank account is still under the old pay pal paswords.. which I cannot temember.
How can I resolve this situation that I find myself in.
Your bank account can only be registered to one PayPal account at a time so will need to be removed from the old account first.
You will be able to log in to the original account using the email address used to register at that time. If you can't remember the password for the account, you can use the 'Problem with Log in?' link to regain access to that account.
If you don’t know the email address that is registered to the original PayPal account, or can't successfully regain access to that account you will need to call us.
