trying to change my surname

I have followed the instructions on the secure form, uploaded copies of my passport and marriage certificate as requested, in order to change the surname on my account.  And now what?  There has been no change on my account which I still can't use.

Once you have upload the information on your account, you simply need to contact PayPal directly and they can process the name change request for you.

This can be done by sending us an email or by giving us a quick call. What you need to do is click the 'Contact Us' link on the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you should have the option to send an email or call us directly.

You should be able to get your name change request completed in no time
