third party problems

i have added my third party but they get a message saying "You do not have permissions to make this API call."  please tell me what i an do many thanks

Firstly, I am not completly sure what exactly it is that you are trying to do on your PayPal account. If you are trying to intigrate PayPal on your website, would need to try going to our Technical Services Website or the PayPal Developer Forum in order to try and get an answer to your query.

I don't know very much about intigration and the PayPal website but if you go to the above websites, you will be able to try and get more assistance with the issue that you are having.
