"There seems to be a problem with your account."

So i went onto paypal and say a notification saying "There seems to be a problem with your account." and it also says There may be restrictions but i dont see any restrictions so when i clock on Resolve it just takes me to a blank page Dont know why it is saying this please help me

i logged on normal going by going to paypal.com then click login
