i can't add my VISA Debit card into paypal

  1. Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.

    Now i im open new pay pal accaunt and wanna add same my credit card but can't .
    Neeed help !

You should have removed your card from your old paypal account before you opened a new one then you could have added it.

 

You need to contact customer services direct and they may be able to remove it from your old account for you.
