PayPal Causing Obstruction - Debit Card

I want to remove my Debit Card, however I receive this BS message "You may not remove your funding source while an authorization is still pending."

This is a load of (removed by moderator) as I have no pending transactions whatsoever.  I've sent PayPal an email a week ago about this and they still haven't responded.

I have the right to remove my card and they have done nothing about it for months now.  They are absolutely useless and I will never use this service ever again.

Just received a wall of text from PayPal that contains no useful information whatsoever.  Do they even bother to read support tickets....

Hi there Jobsworth0729,

Firstly, there is a technical issue that is resulting in customers receiving the same error message as you when they try to remove their card from their PayPal account. This is a known technical issue and it can be resolved if you contact customer services and we can have the card removed from the account for you.

I don't know exactly why you have received a response that does not specifically answer the query that you have asked. My best advice for you would be to try contacting customer services again by email or phone and we should be able to have your card removed from your account for you.

I hope this helps,

David.
