Downloading Reports - Missing fields

Hi all, I'm having problems every time I download all my sales in the reports section (as a CSV file), half of the fields are missing (email address, item ID, Item name etc..) even though paypal has all his information available if i manually click on each customer, this is causing us major problems in processing orders, i have contacted Paypal twice now and so far havnt heard anything back, anyone else experiencing this and are they working on a fix?
