My husband closed his paypal which was the one linked to our bank account, so i cannot pay money into my paypal account as although our joint account is the primary one and two cards linked I haven't got the paypal bank details to add them - how do i find the details so i can send my from my bank account to paypal
We'd like to help. Are you trying to add funds from your bank account to your PayPal balance? If so, you would need to add the bank details to the 'Wallet' section of your PayPal account first. Once you confirm the bank account you will have set up the direct debit mandate. When the bank account is confirmed you can then click 'Add Funds' to add money from the bank account to your PayPal balance.
