Forgotten password but using an out of date phone number

I have forgotten my password for my old paypal account that uses my work email address. However, to regain access to that account, it needs confirmtation through text or calls. But, the phone number I used back then is an old one and is one I don't have access to. Is there any other way of getting my old account back without the need of a phone number?

There is a way to get back into your account. You just need to give us a quick call. On the phone we can help you to log in and update your information. You will find our phone number by clicking 'help and contact' at the bottom of the PayPal page and then call us.
