Pay after delivery help

Hi all, does anyone know how to switch the pay after delivery off? all of a sudden my ebay purchases are being paid for after delivery, I did not enable it so have no idea why it has suddenly switched to it after being straight away beforehand which I prefer. I have logged into my account and found the option to turn it on/off but it was already off as in pay after delivery was not my preferred choice so not sure where I stand now  thanks for any help.

Its a techie glitch that paypal are ''aware of'' goodness knows how long they are going to take to fix it though.
