Changing the billing address

I want to change my billing address from UK to Cyprus. What do I do?

Hi there nicos92,

 

It's not going to be possible I'm afraid, the only way to have a Cypriot address is to open a Cypriot PayPal account and close your UK one. The country of the PayPal account can't be altered.
