Updating bank card detail HELP

I am trying to add new account detail, my old card has expired so want to update it,

it has the same account number and sort code but card number has changed.

everytime i try to enter new details it keeps bringing up old card number.

I feel like im going round in circles here

are you trying to add a bank account or a card? they are two different things

Hey, its my bank account,

i was issued a new debit card as last one expired and the card numbers are different.

I do not own any credit cards at all. i only like to spend money if i have it lol
