Won’t Let Me Change My Primary Address

I saw my primary address was my old one and went in to change it. But it kept saying. “Please try again.” Why is it saying that when I’m typing my address in right?

Is the billing address on your cards correct? If it does not match your physical addy they may not let you change it.
