I am thinking of purchasing a contactless/chip n pin card reader from a friend that no longer requires it. Is it possible for me to change the details from hers to mine?
I would not recommend doing this as if it has already been set up on your friends account that you would be unable to set up up on your account. You would also need your account to go through the approval process to ensure your account is ready for PayPal Here.
