Why can't I delete an old, no longer used Bank Account from Paypal? Whenever I try to do it an error message pops up telling me to try again later, I have been trying this for months! I cannot add my current bank account either!

I still cannot delete an old bank account or add another credit card to my Paypal account. I have tried messaging PayPal on Facebook. This is really annoying.
