Every time i add my local bank account to paypal i only get the msg. ""We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."" I have removed my old account and re add it again but it does not work.. tried for three weeks now and still the same.. I am in Phillipines now.
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
