Can't change my customer service email address

My cusomers receive a confirmation email when they buy my product. Along with the details of their purchase, is a customer service email address, but this address is WRONG and I need to change it. It is not my primary/default address and it doesn't even appear in the email section of my profile.
A help forum thread advises "Login to your PayPal account, click on the "Profile" tab and click on the "Business Information" link in the Account Information column."
But, for me, there is no email address field in the Business Information section at all.
I have no idea where to go from here. How do I change this incorrect customer service email adddress?

Hi Roberto987,
It sounds as though you were very close to updating the information on your PayPal account. When you are on the Business Information section in your Profile, you will see an Edit option at the bottom of the page. By pressing this, you can then update the information on your PayPal account.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue as mentioned above, and even when clicking on 'edit' at the bottom of the page cannot see any option to change the email address - there isn't a field with this information in it.

Hi frontandfollow,
There is a known technical issue where some customers are facing difficulties when trying to update the business information on their PayPal account. If you are still facing this issue, you should try contacting customer services and we can try to update the information on your account for you.
I have been advised that we are hoping to have this issue resolved soon. Im not 100% sure exactly when yet but I will keep you updated.

I have managed to crack this problem and you are essentially right, but you need to take one additional step.
Once you have done the following:
Profile ----> My Business Details ----> Business Information (click 'update') ----> Then click 'Edit' at the bottom of the page.
However, the only way I could then bring up a page where you could amend the email address was to change the Business Type in the drop-down field.
I switched mine from 'Individual' to 'Sole Trader', but it also works if you select 'Partnership' etc.. (Suggest you select the option that is most appropriate for your circumstances).
This then presented me with additional fields including the 'Customer Service Email' field where I happened to find the incorrect email address listed.
Amend the email address and click save at the bottom of the page and hopefully that should fix the issue.
A big oversight of PayPal if you asked me that needs addressing. I have seen other posts on this very same subject going back to 2011!

Thank you for your solution, was trying 2 days to fix this problem, however it is now almost 2015 and PayPal still doesnt fixed this problem.

Indeed, given that I (and others) appear to have found a solution, or at least a work around, you would have thought by now that PayPal would have addressed this issue.
My experiences with PayPal customer service has always been very good, so this surprises me.

It is now almost 2016 and this problem is still happening. I hate paypal. You guys make it hard for me to even manage my own account and sell something. My customers have been getting reciepts for a long time with emails that do not even exist or are lsited in my account. I only have one customer service email which is never sent with my products. Burn in helll

August 2016 and I'm still having a related problem. The customer service email and phone numbers can only be changed under profile->my business info->business information->update, not the normal contact information update. I was finally able to change my customer service number there after figuring it out, only to discover I now have two customer service numbers, and there is no way to remove the original one. Brilliant!
